Status of women in the ISIS government

women ISIS

The first book I read about the situation of ISIS was the story of the life and activities of an Iranian woman who was the administrator of ISIS’s telegram channels. The woman, who joined them after being deceived by ISIS, escaped from them and reached Iran after seeing the disgraceful position of women and their hard life in the center of the ISIS government in Afghanistan.

What was written in this book is the story of this person being attracted to ISIS and escaping and his life during this period.

In part of this book, I read sentences that forced me to do more research on the role and position of women in the ISIS government. The product of this research will be provided to you in this article, dear friend.

In general, ISIS does not value women

When this lady, despite having a husband, is deceived by the ISIS channels, she decides to provide services for ISIS with the cooperation of a member of her relatives. It all starts with telegram channels. However, this woman, despite being in charge of the ISIS group and channel, could never fully identify herself. He was even told that any woman who joined the group should not remain a member of the group and should be removed. Therefore, he was asked to enter channels and groups with a male profile, a male name and a male photo.

SHe explained : “Women are worthless to ISIS and there is no price for them to join such groups on a regular basis.”

ISIS is only concerned with procreation

As ISIS seeks to increase the membership of its members, it provides the conditions for each of its fighters to have many offspring. Monthly salaries and gifts for any number of children are among these issues. They pay a lot of attention to childbearing, and this is the reason why the presence of women, although with many restrictions, is necessary.

In fact, if we look at this issue from this point of view, the conditions that ISIS provides for the life of women in its government, with what it expects from it for its children, mean nothing more than exploiting women.

While the position of women in the original and true Islam and in the words of Prophet Mohammad is much higher than these things.  during the pre-Islamic era, when everyone in the Arabian Peninsula buried their daughters alive, Muhammad is the only one who kissed the hands of his only daughter Zahra, the wife of Ali (as), and cherished girls and women.

What we see of ISIS is different from the status that the Prophet Muhammad had for women.

Women are a tool to meet the gamic needs of ISIS soldiers

Another issue that ISIS is forced to include women in its groups is that the gamic power of ISIS members is undeniable and must be addressed. Of course, women are the best option for this, to the extent that something called marriage jihad is prevalent among ISIS fighters. This jihad of marriage is in fact a kind of devaluing women in order to take care of ISIS men. Jihad of marriage is completely rejected from the point of view of pure Islam and the Qur’an, and it is considered a great sin.

Committee of Women Fighters in ISIS

In ISIS , there is a committee called the Al-Khansa Committee, in which many women fighters and snipers are trained. The group was originally formed in 2014 in the city of Raqqa.

Women are each motivated to join the group in different ways from all over the world. One of the most important channels for women to join the ISIS Women’s Committee is the Internet.

In this committee, women are trained as combat and suicide forces and enter the battlefield alongside men. What can be confirmed is that ISIS produces women from people who are against their gentle and natural spirit and nature.

Joining this terrorist group requires volunteering in training camps, including religious studies, physical fitness, and the use of weapons. Everyone who joins the Al-Khansa Battalion receives a monthly salary, and foreign citizenship is one of the most important features of a salary increase.

Terrorist women always carry weapons, handcuffs and radios. One of the missions assigned to these women is to monitor, detain and punish women who disobey ISIS’s orders. They also abduct women citizens from different regions for the se–xual exploitation of ISIS leaders and terrorists.

The shortage of ISIS forces is being compensated by women

International and regional reports indicate that ISIS even uses women to make up for its lack of troops.

Currently, about a third of ISIS forces are women. They receive military training to fight.

Al-Sharq al-Awsat newspaper reported in its April 24, 2017 issue that the participation rate of adolescent women and girls in this group has reached 55% of their total fighters.

There are many motivations for women to join ISIS. German expert Susan Schroeter writes that the recruitment of women to ISIS is a result of their romantic imaginations and the goal of finding an unprecedented love life.

Some of these people consider themselves part of a global trend and believe that they will change the world completely!

In 2015, the American newspaper The New York Times examined the motives of three women attributed to the Al-Khansa Battalion and wrote, quoting one of them: My motivation for this was power and money, and especially power. Some experts and psychologists believe that the formation of the Al-Khansa Battalion is the best way for some women who seek to dominate other women.
