Jihad of marriage in ISIS, contrary to the Quran

Jihad of marriage in ISIS, contrary to the Quran

ISIS is a government that claims to execute the Qur’an more than any other government. In several pictures, we have seen many times that ISIS has taken pictures with the Quran in their hands. They seem to be proud of the Qur’an, but we have to see if they also pay attention to the Qur’an and its commands.

In ISIS, where Islam is practiced and respected (fake Islam), jihad of marriage is common. “A Yazidi woman rescued from ISIS in Mosul says that every Yazidi captive woman is exchanged and raped by 10 ISIS men.”

What are the conditions of marriage in true Islam

True Islam is exactly what is stated in the Qur’an and the sayings of the great Prophet Muhammad. But fake Islam is what we are seeing from some governments like ISIS.

Jihad of marriage in ISIS, contrary to the Quran

There are two types of marriage in Islam

In Islam, the marital relationship between a man and a woman is established in only two ways: Permanent marriage and temporary marriage

In true Islam, one woman marries only one man

In both cases Permanent marriage and temporary marriage, only one man has the right to marry. In other words, a woman cannot be for several men. But in the jihad of marriage we see something different. A woman for several men! For example, 10 men or even more

Islam strongly opposes this plan( Something like the jihad of marrying a woman to several men at a time ) and considers it a kind of prevalence of sin, prostitution and unrestrained..

This is the first contradiction that ISIS defends

Islam cares about women’s satisfaction in marriage

In Islam, marriage is permissible if both men and women agree to marry. But as mentioned earlier, there is no such thing as consent in ISIS. It all has to do with gun power.

Forced marriage for ISIS women

Umm Omar, 22, is one of those Tunisian girls who kept in touch with ISIS women on social media for a year before falling into the group a year later.

At first, Umar refused to marry ISIS elements and tried to return to the country by contacting the Tunisian intelligence and security services and his family, but the women who were with him in the ISIS group prevented him from doing so. He was imprisoned in solitary confinement for three months to prevent any action, until he surrendered to the group and married an ISIS leader in the city of Sirte, after which he received the necessary training in the military.

Conditions for a woman to marry another man in Islam

According to the laws of Islam and the Qur’an, a married woman must meet certain conditions in order to be able to marry another man

  1. First, the first marriage must end (divorce law enforcement)
  2. Second, a woman must wait a certain period of time after divorce and then get married.

in the first part of AL”baghareh -282 GOD says : Divorced women shall wait by themselves for three periods of purity [after menses]..

If a girl or a woman wants to join ISIS, she should get married to an ISIS immediately, regardless of whether she is married or single.
Whether he has a wife in his hometown or not. In this case, for married women, another Islamic law is violated in ISIS.

In ISIS, the conditions for ending marriage are not considered for women at all. To this end, any woman who enters ISIS, whether married or not, must marry immediately. ( Regardless of the duration recommended in the Qur’an and without separation from the previous spouse).

Immediate marriage after the husband was killed in the war

There is a rule for ISIS women that if their husband is killed in the war, she must immediately marry another ISIS man. Sometimes they do not even delay it for a day.
In this regard, we still see contradictions in ISIS Islam and the commands of the Qur’an.
The Holy Quran says in this regard:

AL”baghareh -234 GOD says:

As for those of you who die leaving wives, they shall wait by themselves four months and ten days, and when they complete their term, there will be no sin upon you in respect of what they may do with themselves in accordance with honourable norms. And Allah is well aware of what you do.

Thus, in ISIS, when one marriage has not yet ended legally, another marriage takes place.
Thus, illegitimate marriages become popular.

Such marriages are not only contrary to religion and the Qur’an (the Qur’an with which ISIS poses and claims to be practiced), but in most cases, women are also reluctant to engage in such marriages. But to save their lives, they resort to these marriages.

The validity of the contract depends on the heartfelt consent of both parties. In Islam, if each of the two people does not have heartfelt satisfaction, the contract is objectionable. But in ISIS, everything is by force of Weapons.

What is seen from ISIS about marriage is something completely contrary to the religion of Islam and the Qur’an.
